Absence Request Form

    ​Request for absence must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event to be considered excused. Completing this form does not guarantee that the absence will be excused. In addition, the student should speak with Mrs. Marsh to make arrangements for the absence. If the absence is excused, a make-up assignment will be required.
