A great event sponsored by the University of Kentucky School of Music looked forward to by our students is the Male Chorus day. The purpose of this day is to improve the skills of and encourage male singers. Students get the opportunity to work with Dr. Jefferson Johnson and graduate students in the UK choral department. Male singers also get the opportunity to sing with the acclaimed AcoUstiKats. The event typically takes place on a Saturday in January. Parents and friends, be sure to join us for a free concert at 4:00 pm the day of the clinic.
